Kitchen design services
Homeowners spend more per square foot on their kitchen than any other part of their home. Regardless of how much you spend, if the design of your kitchen is not both functional and beautiful, you may still end up not loving your new kitchen. Our goal is to help you design a kitchen that you will love, and maximizing the impact of your investment. We will work within the parameters you define, whether it’s a minor remodel, or starting with a blank slate.

Process
1.
Pre-consultation
Complete a questionnaire, provide as-is measurements, share current photos (if applicable), and inspiration photos.
2.
Initial consultation
Meet with the designer to discuss the existing space, review details provided in the pre-consultation phase, budget, goals, and timeline.
3.
Progress meetings
Designer shares ideas and options for client feedback. Depending on the size of the project, up to three meetings may be required.
4.
Final presentation
Designer walks the client through the final layout and selections. All defined deliverables are provided.
Deliverables
Elevations + 3D rendering
Layout of cabinets and appliances that you can take directly to your contractor or cabinetmaker.
Selections
List of chosen appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, paint color(s), stone, and other materials selected for your project.
Kitchen design services pricing
$3,000 base up to 200 sqft (plus $10 per square foot if over 200 sqft)
- Measured wall to wall (if open concept, it would be measured from the furthest point of cabinetry)
- Client may also choose to include pantry design in this square footage calculation
- Billing schedule – 50% when engaged, 25% after first progress meeting, 25% prior to final presentation
